Cream of chicken soup

Cornflakes, crushed

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and onion. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is a hit at any gathering. Feel free to add more cheese if you like it extra cheesy!
