Ingredients:

  • 4 cups parsnips, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing the dish

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine parsnips, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the parsnips are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
