Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place shucked oysters in a baking dish.
Spoon the spinach mixture over the oysters.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot.
