Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 dozen oysters, shucked
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place shucked oysters in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the spinach mixture over the oysters.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot.

Great for a special occasion or a fancy dinner at home.
