Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • 2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and diced bell peppers.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 6. Bake the casserole for 60 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • 7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
