Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Sliced Olives
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, sliced olives, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to your taste.
