Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread preferably white or brioche
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Turkey
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar for garnish
  • 1 cup Raspberry Jam for serving

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • Layer half of the bread slices in the bottom of the dish.
  • Top with ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese slices.
  • Layer the remaining bread slices on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour over the casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the egg mixture is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.

Notes:

For a twist, try using different types of cheese or adding a layer of mustard.
