Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or green beans for extra nutrition.
