Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor.
