Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Place half of the bread cubes in the baking dish. Top with blueberries, then add the remaining bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Press down gently to ensure the bread absorbs the liquid.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Best served warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar.
