Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked turkey, broccoli, bell peppers, cheese, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.

Feel free to add any other low-carb veggies you like!
