Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks drained
  • 2 cups Cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. You can also add some bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
