Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in fajita seasoning and mix well.
In a baking dish, layer cooked rice, beef mixture, salsa, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like jalapeños, guacamole, or extra salsa.
