Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in 1.5 cups of cheese until melted.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ham, and cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
