Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1.5 cups of cheese until melted.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ham, and cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
