Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • Add the diced ham, shredded potatoes, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
