Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
