Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
