preferably Irish sausages

bacon

potatoes
peeled and sliced

chicken broth
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a frying pan, cook the sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the bacon pieces until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Layer the potatoes, onions, sausages, and bacon in a casserole dish.
Pour the chicken broth over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dish and bake for 1.5 hours.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of Guinness to the broth.
