Ingredients:  

Casserole Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Biscuit Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in frozen peas and cream of mushroom soup. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the beef mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole mixture.
