Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Stir in frozen peas and cream of mushroom soup. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the beef mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole mixture.
