Ingredients:

  • 6 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the torn croissant pieces in a baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:
