  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup chopped green onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
  • Add the thawed hash brown potatoes, bacon bits, and chopped green onions to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
