Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Spinach drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped onion.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add some garlic powder or pepper for extra flavor.
