Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, rice, bell pepper, onion, Cajun seasoning, and cream of mushroom soup.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
