Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Do not drain.
  • Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour sausage gravy over biscuits.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes:

For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add red pepper flakes.
