Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes, cooked sausage, and pour the gravy over the top. Arrange the biscuit dough on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
