Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 1 package Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups Frozen diced potatoes
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes, cooked sausage, and pour the gravy over the top. Arrange the biscuit dough on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
