Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Grease a baking dish and layer the bread cubes and banana slices.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bananas, making sure everything is well-coated.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
