Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Banana bread cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and place the cubed banana bread in it.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the banana bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning for a quick breakfast.
