Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the asparagus and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
