Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with minced garlic and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the garlicky breadcrumbs over the zucchini mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
