Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with minced garlic and melted butter.
Sprinkle the garlicky breadcrumbs over the zucchini mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
