Ingredients:

  • 2 cups White Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is slightly browned.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
