Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Pour this mixture over the turkey and ham, and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

Notes:

Feel free to substitute chicken for turkey if you prefer.
