Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine.
Mix in cooked spaghetti and diced tomatoes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, jalapeños, or avocado.
