Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package instructions.
  • In a baking dish, layer the refried beans, seasoned beef, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Top with Fritos corn chips and the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Notes:

Feel free to add any additional toppings like jalapeños, olives, or green onions.
