Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced Black Olives

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  • In a baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
  • Layer the cooked beef mixture over the beans.
  • Spread the sour cream over the beef layer.
  • Pour the salsa over the sour cream.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced black olives before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapeños or green onions.
