Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
In a baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
Layer the cooked beef mixture over the beans.
Spread the sour cream over the beef layer.
Pour the salsa over the sour cream.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced black olives before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapeños or green onions.
