Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
In a baking dish, layer Fritos, cooked beef, enchilada sauce, and shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any additional toppings you like, such as jalapeños or olives.
