Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer Fritos, cooked beef, enchilada sauce, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any additional toppings you like, such as jalapeños or olives.
