Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, lettuce, or tomatoes.
