Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Biscuits Refrigerated
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
  • In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, lettuce, or tomatoes.
