Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and Swiss cheese.
Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with French fried onions.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
