Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz can
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and Swiss cheese.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with French fried onions.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
