French fried onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced squash, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle French fried onions on top.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
