Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
6. Add the spaghetti mixture to the baking dish. Top with the remaining marinara sauce.
7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
