Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti uncooked
  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and mix well.
  • 5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  • 6. Add the spaghetti mixture to the baking dish. Top with the remaining marinara sauce.
  • 7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
