Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
Add the pizza sauce, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the refrigerated biscuits on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
