Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  • Add the pizza sauce, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the refrigerated biscuits on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
