Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Diced Pickles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Crushed Crackers
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced pickles, shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
