Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, diced
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce, bell peppers, onions, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the dairy-free cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
