Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips, followed by half of the beef mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some chopped cilantro and a dollop of sour cream on top for extra flavor.
