Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles, cooked
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  • 4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
  • 5. Add a layer of ricotta cheese, followed by meatballs, more marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • 7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • 8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meatballs for extra flavor.
