Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into small meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
5. Add a layer of ricotta cheese, followed by meatballs, more marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meatballs for extra flavor.
