Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cannellini beans, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the top is slightly browned.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of crusty bread for a complete meal.
