Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onions and carrots to the skillet and cook until tender.
Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Add the peas and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
Dot the top with butter and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or green beans.
