Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Slice the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
