Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the beef.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
