Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the beef.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
