Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ham, cooked spaghetti, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and peas.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great for using up leftover ham!
