Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Combine the cooked macaroni, ground turkey, and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
