Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and the turkey mixture. Mix well.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
