Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and the turkey mixture. Mix well.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
