Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cooked turkey mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or peas for extra nutrition.
