Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cooked turkey mixture. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or peas for extra nutrition.
